- 15 years of experience in management consulting, product management and strategy, or analytics in a technology company.
- Experience working with and analyzing data, and managing multiple cross-functional programs or projects.

- Experience with R, SQL, spreadsheets, or similar analytics tools.
- Experience working with product and engineering teams.

The Data Analytics Product Strategy and Operations team is central to setting long-term strategy as well as running the business in the most efficient way. We work across four key pillars such as long-term portfolio and product strategy, analytics and insights, operations (orchestrating running the business cadences as well as planning and managing headcount, operational expenditure), organizational effectiveness.
In this role, you will work closely with product management, engineering, and cross-functional teams (e.g., go-to-market, marketing, finance, enablement) to support portfolio and product strategies for data analytics business, annual and multi-year strategic planning and process optimization. You will contribute to business operations, drive planning, and track key metrics. You will provide data-driven strategic recommendations to leadership, and lead cross-functional projects and organizational effectiveness strategies.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $214,000-$302,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Lead and support portfolio and product strategies for data analytics business, including total addressable market definition, goal, differentiation, roadmap.
- Support driving the annual planning (business and resources) cycle, multi-year strategic planning and process optimization.
- Contribute to cadence of running the business, drive planning across prioritized initiatives, define and track key product and business success metrics/Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), support monthly and quarterly business reviews with the product and Go-to-Market (GTM) teams.
- Provide insightful data-driven strategic recommendations to leadership based on analysis, experience, technical acumen, and judgment. Use data expertise and product knowledge to identify growth opportunities. Pursue these opportunities in partnership with function leaders.
- Lead product area-wide, cross-functional projects by structuring and executing analyses required to develop recommendations, communicate findings to executive management.
