Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program management.
- 5 years of experience developing analyses to support decision-making within international energy markets, renewable energy, climate, or sustainability industries.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in internal operations, with the ability to identify opportunities and implement solutions that enhance efficiency and productivity (e.g., developing tools and resources to streamline processes and optimize workflows).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including experience collaborating with and presenting to senior leadership. Adept at conveying complex information in a clear and compelling manner.
- Ability to develop analyses to support strategic decision-making in the energy/power industry.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $147,000-$216,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Contribute to the organization's long-term energy strategy by developing frameworks and conducting analyses.
- Coordinate internal energy initiatives and programs, including project planning, execution, and performance tracking.
- Analyze energy portfolio data (load performance, supply chain, market trends), ensuring data quality and integration with relevant tools.
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations to audiences (cross-functional teams, executives). Prepare regular performance reports, including cadenced reporting (e.g., Environmental Report) and responding to data requests.
- Develop and manage the annual energy budget, track expenditures, and identify cost savings. Support OKR planning, tracking, and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs).
