The Strategy & Operations team is looking for an experienced leader to support the AI Partnerships organization. The ideal candidate is passionate about the products that Meta and other companies are building to advance experiences in AI, has technical/product knowledge in AI, is a proven operator, and has a track record of working with leaders to drive strategic decision-making and seamless execution in a dynamic environment. This is a full-time in-office position.
Strategy & Operations Manager, AI Partnerships Responsibilities
- Be a trusted advisor to the Partnerships leadership team on key partner deals, partnerships programs, and special projects.
- Conduct business research and analysis to provide actionable insights for leadership to support decision-making.
- Help develop and shape partnerships strategies for new markets, products, and/or verticals.
- Lead operational reviews to drive decision-making and assess progress against goals and priorities.
- Proactively identify opportunities for operational efficiency improvements and build plans to execute and scale these operational improvement programs.
- Be the go-to person who connects cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, collaboration, or greater efficiency.
- Drive key leadership meetings and facilitate alignment on key issues and opportunities.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or other relevant/technical disciplines.
- 5+ years of experience in strategic planning and/or business operations in the technology/internet or digital media space.
- Experience leading strategy, operations and process improvement projects in consulting and/or in a relevant strategy/operations function.
- Distinctive problem solving and analytical skills, with a proven track record of driving projects from strategy to execution.
- Proven leadership and influencing skills, with experience leading/influencing stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical or product knowledge in AI.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration.
- Experience at a leading management consulting firm.
- Experience supporting both commercial and product leadership in successfully launching new products and/or businesses.

$152,000/year to $214,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
