Role Overview
The right person for this role is a growth architect who understands how to build systematic, scalable growth engines while maintaining the premium positioning that defines category-leading brands. You're fascinated by how Tesla generates overwhelming demand without traditional advertising, or how Notion built a $10B company through community-driven growth. You have an extraordinary ability to identify and execute unconventional growth opportunities, combining data-driven methodology with creative storytelling that captures attention in today's fragmented landscape.
As the first member of Delphi's Growth Team, you'll be the driving force behind our user acquisition and activation strategies, architecting the systems and experiments that scale our platform while preserving its aspirational status. You'll work at the intersection of product, marketing, and data to identify and execute opportunities that accelerate adoption of digital cloning technology.
Delphi needs someone who can thread the needle between viral growth and premium positioning - building systematic acquisition channels that maintain our brand standards while achieving aggressive growth targets. Our goal is to make digital cloning technology accessible to millions while ensuring every touchpoint reinforces our position as the definitive platform for your digital legacy.
Your key challenge will be identifying and executing creative growth initiatives that capture mainstream attention while elevating, rather than diluting, our brand - scaling our user base without compromising the premium experience that makes Delphi special.
What You Will Do
Our main focuses currently are systematic growth experimentation, funnel optimization, and scalable acquisition channels.
Growth Strategy & Execution:
- Design and execute multi-channel growth experiments across organic and paid channels
- Build and optimize conversion funnels from first touch to activation
- Develop creative approaches to user acquisition that maintain brand integrity
- Scale successful experiments into systematic growth engines
Channel Ownership: Lead growth across key acquisition channels:
- Own paid media strategy and execution across search, social, and display
- Build organic acquisition through SEO and content distribution
- Design and execute social media launches that generate authentic buzz
- Identify and test emerging platforms and channels
- Create viral loops and referral mechanisms that feel natural
Systems & Analytics:
- Build robust tracking and attribution systems
- Design and execute A/B tests to optimize conversion rates
- Develop automated reporting dashboards for key metrics
- Create scalable processes for experiment ideation and execution
- Implement marketing automation workflows that feel personal
Creative Growth:
- Identify unconventional growth opportunities
- Design viral mechanics that align with our brand
- Create compelling landing pages and conversion flows
- Build top-of-funnel tools and content that drive qualified traffic
- Execute growth initiatives that seem impossible
Preferred Abilities
- You've scaled user acquisition from early stage to significant scale
- You have a growth hacker's mindset but a brand builder's taste
- You're equally comfortable in spreadsheets and design tools
- Deep experience with paid acquisition across multiple channels
- Track record of designing and executing successful growth experiments
- Strong technical foundation in analytics and tracking
- Ability to build systems and processes that scale
- Understanding of viral mechanics and user psychology
