About the Role

Fanatics Collect is looking for a self-starter in Strategy & Biz Ops to lead and/or engage with several visible, high-priority, high-complexity initiatives on our organization’s strategic roadmap. This Strategic Operations Sr. Manager will report to the Sr. Director of Strategic Operations (who reports into the CEO of Fanatics Live & Collect). This person can expect to own all reporting and storytelling across projects at Fanatics Collect. They will also drive internal goal setting across the business to ensure organizational execution and value capture. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized force multiplier to the Sr. Director with top-notch communication and presentation skills and a demonstrated propensity for solving difficult problems.

Responsibilities:

Develop and articulate a cohesive narrative that encapsulates the vision across the business.
Own the goal setting and business performance tracking to drive accountability.
Design and present weekly performance reports to senior leaders, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
Streamline internal processes to maximize operational efficiency and improve decision-making frameworks.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency in strategic initiatives.
Become a subject matter expert in online marketplaces and live commerce to inform strategy and operational decisions.
Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape, providing insights.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA) preferred.
5-8 years of experience in Management Consulting, Strategy, Biz Ops, or Investment Banking roles
Extensive experience articulating project updates and company strategy across a wide range of stakeholders, including senior leadership
Excellent written & verbal communication skills and strong quantitative modeling & analytical skills. Strong financial acumen considered a plus
Proactive self-starter with the ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work across a wide range of high-priority initiatives
Confidence, intellectual curiosity, ability to cut through ambiguity, and a desire to learn

In NYC, the salary range for this position is $150,000-$188,000, which represents base pay only and does not include short-term or long-term incentive compensation. The listed salary ranges are specific to NYC and may not be applicable to other locations. When determining base pay, as part of a final compensation package, we consider several factors such as location, experience, qualifications, and training.
