Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory, or 8 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- 5 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in sales, agency, or project management function.
- Track record of cross-functional collaboration to drive results, especially being able to influence stakeholders and rally individuals around shared goals.
- Knowledge of DV360 and Google Marketing Platform.
- Ability to be comfortable with presenting to executive leadership and communicating with Technical Management teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to challenge and identify potential solutions.

As a Head of DV360 and Google Marketing Platform (GMP) Strategy, you will work with stakeholders including Global Product Solutions and Sales to shape the future of Google Marketing Platform products. You will coach a team to develop the strategy and own execution of Go-to-Market plans that drive adoption and business growth of these solutions across Americas Large Customer Sales (ALCS). To do so, you will use your problem-solving skills to understand the opportunities and challenges to overcome, collaborate and inspire cross-functional partners in Sales, Product and Marketing to achieve ambitious goals; and ensure our team has the necessary guidance and support to deliver impact and grow as individuals.
The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $227,000-$320,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Develop Go-to-Market strategy for DV360 and Google Marketing Platform (GMP).
- Understand competitive landscape and GMP/DV360's strengths and opportunities within it, and use this perspective to represent Americas Large Customer Sales (LCS) to influence product roadmap and shape business activation efforts.
- Ensure Americas LCS sellers are well equipped through training, pitch resources, tools and best practices to drive growth in DV360 and GMP.
- Lead a high-performing team by providing consistent feedback, mentorship/career growth, and removing obstacles that impede their work.
