Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital or corporate advisory, or 2 years of experience with an advanced degree.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience planning and managing at both an operational level, strategically analyze and synthesize data into insights.
- Experience in project management, prioritization, and working with cross-functional stakeholders to influence strategy and decision making.
- Ability to manage a topic to completion, with attention to detail.
- Excellent Problem-solving and analysis skills.
- Excellent written/verbal and communication skills.

As part of the Scaled Strategies and Programs (SS&P) team, you will be instrumental in defining the future direction of Americas Large Customer Sales (ALCS ). You will work closely with sales leaders and cross-functional partners to support initiatives focused on scaling our go-to-market strategies and processes, strengthening competitive selling capabilities, and delivering transformational change.
This role offers the opportunity to support critical programs, develop innovative activation strategies, and drive significant impact on our regional sales organization.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $118,000-$170,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Support critical programs, develop innovative activation strategies, and drive significant impact on our regional sales organization.
- Support the Program Management Office (PMO) and change management for scaled global and regional Go-to-Market initiatives.
- Be a contributor to findings and solutions by partnering with peers to deliver insights and synthesize recommendations for executive decisions.
- Analyze issues, define next steps, and confidently communicate with executive stakeholders.
- Work closely with sales leaders and cross-functional partners to support initiatives focused on scaling our go-to-market strategies and processes, strengthening competitive selling capabilities, and delivering transformational change.
