Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience with business intelligence and operational improvements (i.e identifying bottlenecks, automating processes, data visualization, etc.).
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience in Operations, Strategy, or Product Operations roles with core responsibilities of building relationships and leading operational initiatives.
- Experience creating and delivering effective presentations of findings and recommendations to multiple levels of stakeholders.
- Experience effectively influencing stakeholders on cross-functional teams (e.g., Finance, People Operations, Corporate Engineering, etc.).
- Experience in Technical products with Infrastructure, Cloud, Enterprise/Business-to-Business (B2B) Businesses.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $147,000-$216,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Ensure assigned planning activities are delivered on-time with zero-defect quality, while improving planner experience, improving process speed and efficiency, and generating data reporting insights.
- Identify, develop, and execute process improvements for team operational processes in conjunction with the internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain and improve stakeholder relationships across Google Cloud Platform (GCP) teams and with cross-functional partners (e.g., Finance, People Operations, Recruiting, Corporate Engineering, etc.).
- Lead critical projects based on emergent business needs leveraging structure and execution analyses to develop recommendations for executive GCP leadership.
- Develop relationships with other strategy and operations team members, coordinating on the entire portfolio of programs across the GCP-TI Strategy and Operations team.
