We are looking for a Business Operations Manager to join our growing team. Reporting to the Head of Business Operations, this role will lead cross-functional strategic initiatives and drive operational excellence across the organization. You will collaborate with our executive, clinical, finance, growth, product, and operations teams to ensure our business scales efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Project Leadership
- Lead and manage high-impact, cross-functional projects spanning Operations, Product, Growth, Clinical, and Executive teams.
- Identify and break down complex business challenges into structured, actionable initiatives with clear timelines.
- Foster strong, cross-functional partnerships to align priorities and execute strategic projects effectively.
- Operational Execution & Process Improvement
- Develop and implement scalable processes that support business growth and enhance operational efficiency.
- Gather and synthesize feedback from various teams to drive continuous improvement.
- Work closely with Practice Operations and Patient Support teams to optimize workflows and enhance patient experience.
- Data-Driven Decision Making
- Leverage data analytics to track and measure performance, driving key strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with the Analytics team to enhance data quality and reporting capabilities.
- Develop dashboards and reports to proactively identify areas for improvement and optimize operations.
Requirements
- This role requires 3-10 total years of experience and one or more of the following: A) 2+ years in consulting, investment banking, private equity, or venture capital; B) 2+ years in a business operations or strategy at a healthcare provider or high-growth startup; C) Masters in Business Administration Degree.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to use data to inform strategic decisions.
- Proven ability to prioritize competing projects based on impact and execution feasibility.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively at all organizational levels.
- Self-starter with the ability to execute projects from concept to implementation with minimal guidance.
- Proficiency in project management and operational execution.
$115,000 - $135,000 a year
