What you'll do
Are you a thinker and a self-starter who is always looking for ways to improve a process and move the business forward? You do not wait to be told what to do, you see what needs fixing and you act with speed and precision. In this role, you are responsible for the development, management, and improvement of both new and existing business processes to support the broader field teams globally. This role will own and drive strategic improvement initiatives with cross-functional teams such as Sales, IT, Sales Enablement, Revenue Operations, Product, and Compensation.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director, GTM Process Strategy & Operations.
Responsibility
- Suggest and drive innovative process improvements working with key collaborators across operational and support teams
- Participate as GTM Process representation within various Annual Operational Planning processes and projects to provide process expertise, produce process-related deliverables, and drive successful launches
- Act as a SME on standard GTM processes across GTM roles, and serve as a point of escalation for GTM process issues and/or decisioning
- Create and maintain key documentation such as process flows, playbooks, and RACIs, while keeping operational efficiency, ease of use, and effectiveness top of mind
- Understand the GTM process architecture of key systems such as Salesforce and evaluate process impacts for Users based on technical build
- Recommend clear business requirements for developers as they design technical solutions to address operational inefficiencies and manage communications to all impacted partners
- Identify, catalog, and surface risks with mitigation plans within projects, and own defining and driving next steps to resolution
- Provide leadership with project status updates, feedback, and appropriate reporting on key projects
- Facilitate decision-making and alignment on proposed process initiatives and solutions
Job Designation
Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring
Basic
- BS/BA degree
- 8+ years work experience in Sales, Operations, Strategy, FPA, Management Consulting, or similar field with a strong exposure to Business Process improvement
- Experiencing owning and driving initiatives from design through execution in a self-motivated and proactive manner
Preferred
- Salesforce and other GTM Systems experience
- Experience working and planning in a SaaS environment and a public company
- Excellent executive presence with demonstrated ability to build digestible messaging executive communications that drive clear decisions
- Highly collaborative style and strength in creating/maintaining partnerships in the workplace
- Strong ability to create process documentation and visualizations
- Ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
- Demonstrated success in facilitating executive alignment and presenting to leadership
- Knowledge and/or experience with Six Sigma, Agile, or Design Thinking principles methodologies as well as basic sales methodologies such as MEDDIC or SPICED
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and managing ambiguity with confidence
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Wage Transparency
Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:
California: $122,300.00 - $190,650.00 base salary
This role is also eligible for the following:
- Bonus: Sales personnel are eligible for variable incentive pay dependent on their achievement of pre-established sales goals. Non-Sales roles are eligible for a company bonus plan, which is calculated as a percentage of eligible wages and dependent on company performance.
- Stock: This role is eligible to receive Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
