The Mindshare Referral Program represents one of Talkiatry's biggest strategic bets for 2024 and beyond. This program is critical to our vision for transforming how mental healthcare integrates with traditional medicine. We are building the infrastructure that will help millions of patients access care when they need it most. We've proven the model works - now we're scaling it.
That's where you come in. As Senior Manager of Sales Operations, you'll build the infrastructure that powers our partnership growth. As an early member of our Strategic Operations team, you'll develop the systems, analytics, and enablement tools that transform strategy into results. This isn't just an operations role - it's an opportunity to architect how we scale a program that's reshaping mental healthcare delivery.
We're looking for someone who combines analytical rigor with strategic thinking. You'll need to translate complex healthcare data into actionable insights, build scalable processes, and enable our teams to execute efficiently. If you're ready to build the engine that drives transformation in healthcare delivery, this role is for you.
About Talkiatry:
Talkiatry transforms psychiatry with accessible, human, and responsible care. We’re a national mental health practice co-founded by a patient and a triple-board-certified psychiatrist to solve the problems both groups face in accessing and providing the highest quality treatment.
60% of adults in the U.S. with a diagnosable mental illness go untreated every year because care is inaccessible, while 45% of clinicians are out of network with insurers because reimbursement rates are low and paperwork is unduly burdensome. With innovative technology and a human-centered philosophy, we provide patients with the care they need—and allow psychiatrists to focus on why they got into medicine.
